Four services connected through one plan: Paid ads, Shopify SEO, Shopify builds, Lifecycle email.

Four parts of one growth system.

Each service works on its own. Together they work better, because each one makes the next easier.

  1. Acquire

    Paid ads

Better creative and targeting send visitors who are likely to buy.

  2. Discover

    Shopify SEO

Search foundations bring in more people over time, without paying per click.

  3. Convert

    Shopify builds

Clear pages help those visitors choose, trust the store and check out.

  4. Retain

    Lifecycle email

Useful follow-up turns first orders into repeat purchases.

    Lifecycle email in detail

Repeat purchases: email brings buyers back to the store.

What one part learns feeds the others. Winning ad angles shape product-page copy, and email shows which products bring people back.

Acquire Paid ads

Paid ads planned around what a customer is worth.

You pay for clicks and reach, but you can't tell which ads bring customers worth paying for.

We start with your margins, order values and repeat purchases. Then we plan the campaigns, creative tests and landing pages that fit those numbers. Spend goes up only when the tracking shows the extra buyers are worth it.

  • Offer and audience research
  • A tracking check before any spend
  • Campaign plan with rules for scaling or stopping
  • Creative concepts tested one question at a time

Three versions of one ad, each with a different opening. Same audience, same budget. The signal comes from purchases, not likes. Bars show which did better, not real figures.B is kept, A is retired and C goes back for rework.Next round: a new opening against B. One question per test.

Convert Shopify builds

A Shopify store that makes buying easy.

Visitors arrive, look around and leave, often because the store makes buying harder than it should be.

Custom builds and redesigns, or focused work on the pages that decide a sale: product, collection, cart and navigation. Designed for phones first, checked for speed and tested with the apps you rely on.

  • Store review with a written priority list
  • Custom builds, redesigns or new sections
  • Product and collection pages that help people choose
  • Speed and app-compatibility checks

  1. Photos that show the product in use and up close

Angles that answer questions, zoom that works on a phone, and image files sized to load quickly.

  2. Size and fit help before the choice

A size guide or fit note beside the size buttons, not hidden on another page.

  3. An add-to-bag button that stays in reach

It stays close as people scroll, and shows clearly that the item went in.

  4. Delivery and returns stated up front

Costs, timing and the returns window shown before checkout, not discovered in it.

  5. Fast on a phone connection

Page weight, scripts and apps checked on a phone connection, not only on office wifi.

Retain Lifecycle email

Email flows that give buyers a reason to come back.

Most first-time buyers never order again, and nothing in the store invites them back.

Automated emails for the moments that matter: signing up, stopping at checkout, receiving an order and going quiet. Written for your products, built in your email platform and tested before they go live.

  • Welcome series
  • Abandoned checkout reminders
  • Post-purchase follow-up
  • Win-back for customers who went quiet

Discover Shopify SEO

Shopify SEO foundations that help the right pages get found.

People search for what you sell and find other stores, because Google can't crawl, understand or rank your pages well.

Technical checks come first: can Google crawl and index the pages you care about? Then structure: collections, product pages and internal links that match how people search. Progress is measured in Google Search Console.

  • Crawl and index checks
  • Collections mapped to real searches
  • Product and collection page improvements
  • Search Console set-up and a baseline

Not sure where to start?

Pick what sounds familiar. You'll see the order we'd suggest, and why.

How projects work.

Four steps, written down, so you always know what happens next.

  1. Step 1: Understand

Your store, offer, numbers and the obstacle in the way. It starts with your project brief, then questions by email or a call.

  2. Step 2: Define

Priorities, deliverables, timing and price, written into a scope you approve. Nothing starts before that.

  3. Step 3: Build

We do the agreed work in your accounts, on unpublished themes and drafts first, through access you grant and can remove.

  4. Step 4: Verify and review

We check the work, show what changed and how it will be measured, and recommend what to improve next.

More on how we work

Two ways to work together.

Start with a defined project. Move to ongoing work when the foundations are in.

Scoped project

A defined piece of work with a start and an end: a store build, a set of email flows, SEO foundations, an ad account set-up or a growth audit.

  • Written scope, deliverables and price before work starts
  • Revision rounds set out in the scope
  • Handover notes, so your team can run what we built

Suits: A clear job, or a first project together.

Ongoing optimization

A monthly cycle once the foundations are in: ad management and creative tests, email campaigns, conversion tests or SEO content.

  • A plan for each cycle, agreed in advance
  • A written review of what changed and what's next
  • Terms and notice set out in writing before it starts

Suits: Stores with tracking and pages in place that want steady improvement.

Both are quoted after we understand the work. Our fees never include ad spend, apps, platform subscriptions or other third-party costs.

Who is the Growth Lab for?

Shopify founders and ecommerce teams who want focused help with ads, email, their store or search, and want those pieces to work together.

Do I need an existing Shopify store?

For ads, email and SEO, yes: they work on a live store with products and visitors. For builds, no. We can build a new store, or you can start from our designs.

How do the services work together?

Ads bring visitors, the store turns them into buyers, email brings buyers back and search adds visitors over time. A weak link limits the others, so every scope says what to fix first.

What's the difference between a project and ongoing work?

A project has a defined scope and an end. Ongoing work is a monthly cycle of improvements once the foundations are in. We usually suggest a project first, so the foundations are right.

What access will you need?

Only what the work needs: a Shopify collaborator request you approve, partner access to ad accounts, a user invite for your email platform and access to Search Console. We never ask for passwords or payment details.

What costs are separate from your fee?

Ad spend, which you pay to the platforms. Also apps, your Shopify plan, your email platform, paid tools, photography and stock media. Each scope lists them.

What happens after I send an inquiry?

We read your brief and reply by email with questions or a suggested next step. If it's a fit, you get a written scope and quote, and work starts only when you approve it. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so.

Do you guarantee results?

No. Results depend on your products, prices, market and the platforms themselves. We agree objectives and measures up front, and report honestly against them.

Tell us what's in the way.

Send a short brief about your store. We'll reply by email with questions or a suggested next step.
